Productivity Comparison: HELL Gravure Engraving Machines

As a manufacturer, productivity is one of the key factors to compete in the market. However, only high productivity is not enough, a good manufacturer also need to consider about their products' quality. 

HELL Gravure systems has 4 main engraving machine models available which suits different needs of our clients. All of these models give the best engraving quality, however, the productivity will be differ. The models start with the K2 - an entry-level model, K5 - mid-level manual machine, K5 Smart - the one-button machine with many automatic features, and K500 Twain - top of the line, can be integrated into an automatic line, capable of using two engraving heads.

The diagram above compares the cylinder output of the HelioKlischograph systems for a 20-hour period. The sample cylinder selected has an engraved area of 0.7m2 and is engraved as a 70 l/cm screen. The detailed production parameters are listed overleaf.

The productivity index compares the productivity of the HelioKlischograph systems to that of the K5.

The results are as per the following:

K2 can produce a total of  11 cylinders

K5 can produce a total of  17 cylinders

K5 Smart can produce a total of 23 cylinders

K500 Twain can produce a total of 30 cylinders
